Scarlett's First Birthday

On March 7, 2014 our little angel Scarlett Grace Ingram was born! 

Born at 5:56 p.m.

Weighing 6.12 pounds and 20 inches long.

We walked into the hospital on March 6th around 5 p.m excited/nervous/and scared all wrapped up in one. I didn't really know what to expect. The doctor had told me the previous Monday to just show up to the hospital that night to be induced, and to be ready to deliver the next morning!

Unfortunately, it didn't work on me the way I would've liked it to! It took me 24 hours to be dilated to a 10, and then it took about an hour of pushing! But after it was all said and done, I would do it all over again a million times just for that one moment when I first laid eyes on Scarlett.

It was the best experience of my life! I remember the rush of emotions that came over me when I saw her for the first time, I had never felt so happy in my life! I wish I could relive that moment every day. As soon as I saw her I couldn't take my eyes off of her. It was so crazy to think that me and Rob created this little human. I just loved her SO much already and I couldn't imagine my life without her. It was a day me and Rob will never forget.
